Demon Hunter is a modern Christian band. The message is basically this. Even when my sins are forgiven. I have a sinfull nature. Even when I try my very best. I fail. Even though I am a Christian. I will make mistakes. Listen to Jesus Wept from them. Big eye opener.

That video was just to show the lyrics. They have an official video for the song. The song is about being realistic in the fact that we are human and no matter the expectations we have for ourselves or others the love and bonds we may have with someone else, there will come a time when we will fail at something or someone because we are simply human. Great job guys🤵🤦

The Devil head is their logo, it varies from album to album but ALWAYS has a bullet hole between its eyes. They are a Christian band and they’re fighting the Devil with their work. Hence the name, Demon Hunter.

This group is a top notch Christian Metal band that are still producing music today. I currently have all of their albums and their most recent album came out was just a couple of years ago in 2017 and was titled “Outlive”. Their first album was in 2002 and was self titled. They currently have a bunch of new tracks out there, but nothing now has been put together in an album form just yet since 2017. I listened to this band a whole lot while I was deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and in South Korea. I also listened to them while I was doing the pre-deployment training.

Beautiful song about recognizing ones sin nature. It’s hard to be humble. Awesome when God forgives and restores faith. Just to mess it up again. The closer to God I get the more I see the evil in me and if willing to give “that “ to Him the bigger his grace shines and He helps me overcome. The more I experience his love the more I love Him. Keep up the good work guys God bless

Wow.. Demon Hunter.. had to jump off of what I was listening to to see yalls reaction to this song and band. ETA: they are a Christian rock band. They have quite a few albums out and while they don’t talk about God in every song, they do have some strong messages in their songs/albums. Some stuff is harder than others and their range is broad. Also, I will fail you, as a Christian I will always fall short of the glory of God but there is hope out there.

DEMON HUNTER.... is an unapologetically Christian band and their logo is a bullet through the head of a demon. This song is about the constant struggle with sins and failures all believers in Jesus Christ will always have while in this flesh yet their faith remains in tact.

I saw this band live a few years ago with Red and Veridia. That was an amazing show. The modern vein of Christian rock rock and metal is self reflective. This is more about recognizing that we aren't perfect even in our own righteousness, that we will fail to attain the standard that our faith holds us to, and most certainly will fail to live up to the standard that the world expects of us as Christians, but we must continue to strive to attain that goal, if not in the eyes of the world or ourselves, then in the eyes of God.

Your statements is a very powerful message for all to see and learn from. I believe that you are truly discussing is reaching your full potential by not getting other people involved in your way. If they walk with you then you are the better for it. But, if they hamper you or block you from your path in life then you really don't need to have them around. The message is about the realism of failure. It's not trying to focus on being a failure and self-deprecation but rather to never think you're perfect. The singer Ryan basically refers to remembering that he will fail almost everyone to some level and the song is almost an admission of flaw to the listener (wife, kids, friends, family, God).

Demon Hunter is a Christian metal band, Solid State is a Christian music label, all of which I'm sure you know by now! But the point of this song was how they "fail" some of their fans - a lot of people don't think they're "holy" enough apparently and that's what the song is technically about. :)

You should check out the band Conception, a prog metal band which started in the 90's. It's Roy Khan's (ex-Kamelot) first band, and they recently gave out an EP, and now a new album too! My favs from the early stuff is Roll The Fire, Cardinal Sin, A Million Gods, pretty much all of it. Newer songs are all cracking with Grand Again, Quite Alright, Feather Moves and My Dark Symphony. Definately worth a listen! Digg your channel!

Demon Hunter is a Christian metal band. Their message is usually one (I think) of the self and the Devine and how humans fit in to it. This song, I think is that as humans we are all flawed and their will be failure, but when you realize that and then let that go either to a higher power or god or just put your fucks into things that actually matter, then can you truly see who you are. (Side note: the symbol is just the band logo.) I am not a Christian myself, but I can respect an individuals faith. Demon Hunter does a great job infusing their belief, their faith, into their art without preaching. Great video. I do recommend checking out more their stuff. It can be very good and uplifting.

Welcome to the world of Demon Hunter. DH is a band that wears their Christian faith on the sleeve and is not afraid to talk about it, but at the same time they write primarily about their own struggles and how that relates to their faith and to life in general. This song is about man's flawed nature and how no matter how much we fight to succeed and to not fall, we will ultimately always make mistakes and "fail you to the core". I highly recommend you check out more their work. Ryan Clark, their frontman, is an amazing vocalist, songwriter, and person. He puts deep meaning in every single one of his songs and the entirety of their discography deserves to be listened. Demon Hunter is absolutely incredible and it is a shame that they are as unknown as they outside of Christian circles. Also, the logo is that of a Demon Skull with a bullet hole in it. This is pretty self explanatory given the band's name.

Glad to see your reaction. I've watched quite a few of your videos. Ryan Clark writes some very deep lyrics in my opinion. It's VERY good work. Many of these songs have double meanings, and Clark says as much. Yes, this song means as others have said, that as a 'good person' (in my case a Christian) I cannot live up to what only Christ has done perfectly. But... I have also used it to convey the result of any debates I have with materialists. I will fail you...

Hello friends I hope you're doing well today. Demon Hunter is a Christian band. The Nail going through the demon skull is to slay demons. This is song is about how we disappoint God as Christians. And what he did for us at Calvary that redeemed us to make us his own. You went to the cross for our sins to make a way so that we can be with him forever. They have a huge catalog of great songs that you can choose from. One of the reasons why I like them their music is it very cheesy if you know what I mean how I can be sometimes with Christian metal bands. Their messages are very deep and can kick you in the chest. Another great song by them is Jesus wept. This song is done in the third person it is very interested. No cheese on this song. Not many reactors will play songs like this because of its content. I was pleasantly surprised that you played it. Another great band of play would be wasp. They were an 80s band and they have reinvented themselves. The lead singer has become Christian and now they produce and write Christian songs. Another awesome song to play by them would be Golgotha. This type of genre music scares many of the reactors. There are many really really good Christian bands out there such as pillar and HP and skillet and theocracy. You can't go wrong with plenty of any of these bands. I dare you I double dog dare you. Anyways I apologize for not watching a show here in a while I've been working like a dog. I enjoy your show and your reactions. I did notice how you could really feel how this pierced your heart and your spirit. That's what a song is supposed to do. Anyways Keep On Keepin On
