Patari is a music streaming label, LUG started by recording their songs via handsfree and having blankets over their head to reduce the echo and stuff (you know better). Basically patari produced a documentary on them and they gained popularity on the basis of sympathy. They gained their listeners 80% from patari.

Actually Patari is a music label in Pakistan. LUG was first seen by masses after irfan junejo promoted them in one of his videos (he is a big vlogger). LUG was shown as a ray of light in middle of a warzone of Karachi (which i believe they were) thats why he meant qaum(coke studio) ny khaya hai tars. There was a porn video that got really popular in which the women kept saying ammi g ammi g (it got popular due to memes).
