i love how this episode like central theme is that you shouldn't try to ignore or fixate on controlling your emotions, that both Giyū and Shinobu thought of themselves as "immature" for like even _having emotions_ xd, when i think is the other way around really. i like this type of content coming from a shōnen, were usually the characters are just too cool to cry or even if they cry is on very specific moments. i'm sure you've noticed already, but Tanjirō is a really rare male character in shōnen (in any media really), his compassion and emotional maturity and respect are great, he's such a good boy (and i love how here he was like Giyū's annoying little brother xd). great reaction as always! and Sonny you look great with that new look, and that sunflower dress is sooo pretty, Kat (you don't look like a sad Oompa Loompa, what? xd) ps: also, Sonny, regarding Rengoku's name. the "u" at the end of the name _it is_ pronounced, is not silent like other "u" like when you say "Sasuke" or "Inosuke". usually that "su" sound in between other syllables has that "silent" "u", but the "ku" sound doesn't.

18:27 The “u” in Rengoku IS pronounced, just quickly, so non Japanese speakers may have trouble picking up on it (distinctly hearing it). It’s worse if you try to pronounce it without it. Japanese is a syllabary language, with each syllable containing “a, i, u, e, o” (rhymes with ma, me, moo, meh, go). The only non vowel based syllable sound is the “n” sound, like the “n” in Rengoku. Written in hiragana, Rengoku is れんごく (れ re ん n ご go く ku) (煉獄 in kanji). Similarly Nezuko is not “nezz-ko,” it’s “Neh-zoo-ko” (it’s actually not so long for the “zoo” portion… it’s often said quickly which is why non-Japanese speakers think the “u” sound is not pronounced). When characters speak more slowly, you can hear each syllable, but of course when said quickly, you may have trouble hearing those vowel sounds. It’s like how in English, “beautiful” is pronounced “bee-you-ti-ful” but when said quickly, people say “byu-ti-ful.” To master saying the Japanese words, I feel you should start with the foundational syllabary sounds, then the more you say it, the faster you will be able to say it, and then you can sound like native speakers like how you hear in the animes. “Bridge” in Japanese is “hashi” 橋 or “kyo” when used in compound words.

Everyone is forgetting guess the master is a very very smart man and he wouldnt put the demon who killed one of his own hashiras family members or friends with the actual hashiras to work together. That would be kinda stupid on the masters part. So HIGHLY doubt tamayo killed shinobos sister 🤷🏿‍♂️
