Even though everyone only praises Rengoku, i have to give some words of Praise to Akaza aswell! That guy fought like a True Warrior, no Cheap Tricks, no Attacks to the Back, he didn't even Attempt to Kill Tanjiro a Second time after Rengoku made his Point clear and didn't even try to hurt one of the Passengers! (He wouldn't have killed half of them Anyway because according to the wiki, Akaza refuses to Hurt or kill Women which makes his Upper Rank Three even more impressive) He only wanted to Fight an Epic 1 vs 1 against Rengoku and even though he could have killed him Several Times, he gave him time to Breath again and Again, hoping that he would Consider his offer, and let him use every Technique He had instead of trying to stop him! i doubt that he would have even Ran away even in his Position, if the sun wouldn't mean his Certain death! That guy is by far the most Honorable Demon so far and i Hope to see him again soon!

The entire OST in the last third of this movie is godly. ufotable is known for their animation, but Yuki Kajiura and Gou Shiina’s work with them is so underrated.

I dont know whats more impressive, the fact that Rengoku was BLOCKING punches with a sword, or that Akaza was PUNCHING a sword. Edit: Everyone, this was a rhetorical question i do not want everyone's reminders that Akaza can regenerate

I just watched this yesterday and I couldn’t stop smiling, the fight, the music, the choreography of the fight, it was all too damn entertaining. I got chocked up in the end but man was I glad to watch this film and see Rengoku fight like a Hashira!

While watching the anime , giyu was my favorite hashira and when someone said rengoku was their favorite after watching the movie , I use to wonder what could possibly happen with rengoku. Now after watching the movie and completing the Manga all I have to say is Rengoku san 😢

Easily one of the best if not the best animated battles in anime. each individual scene was a masterpiece in animation, and this music fits perfectly.

Watching Rengoku continue giving this fight his all despite already doing so much earlier, while fending off both physical attacks and mental temptations was so inspiring. I think all of humanity can learn from Rengoku's example that no matter the outcome, staying true to oneself and remaining honorable against all odds will ALWAYS determine the true victor in any of life's greatest and most intense battles.

I'm glad I share a birthday with the GOAT Rengoku. When this OST started it immediately gave me chills and told me that this fight was gonna be amazing! RIP Rengoku

Rengoku has got to have one of the strongest wills outs there. Even with an arm through his stomach he still denied even the thoughts of becoming a demon to save himself. He knew he could never bring harm to humanity and would rather die. It was also really sad to hear Akaza practically pleading for him to turn. He was right, Rengoku hadn't reached his prime and had so much potential. Akaza in the long game didn't want to kill him, just fight him, for eternity.
