The one with the red string is one of the lower moons of the Twelve Kizuki and is a spider demon. The fight between him and the main character is truly amazing to watch highly recommend this series.

Here, I’m going to explain each of the 4 main characters: - Tanjiro: A pure-hearted boy that loves helping those around him. He started training to become demon slayer after his family got killed by a demon. - Nezuko: Tanjiro’s sister and the only one to survive the demon that killed their family while Tanjiro was gone. She became a demon but was surpressed and tamed into thinking all humans needed to be protected. She wears a bamboo muzzle just to resist human blood - Zenitsu: A cowardly boy that managed to make his way into the Final Selection. - Inosuke: The pig-head (Or Boar) boy. He is a brash boy that often has a habit of picking fights with anyone he sees as strong.

Demon Slayer is a manga/anime series that EXPLODED in popularity a few years ago out of nowhere. The story isn't anything special (compared to other series in the same genre at least) but the animation is probably the most beautiful of any animation ever created. I can't stress enough how jaw droppingly gorgeous some of the scenes from the most recent season were. Despite not thinking much of the story, I still think that it's a series worth checking out, especially because it's only around 30-40 episodes (which is very short for a shonen anime) + a movie as of right now, with another 12-26 episode season coming at the very end of this year or early next year.

Demon Slayer's "power" system is quite cool because its users can change it to suit their strengths. You have the basic elements like water, fire, etc. and from those they created their own breathing techniques like beast, insect, sound, mist and even love breathing. It's very open to abstract ideas like that, because breathing techniques aren't magical powers but more like supernaturally enhanced fighting styles. They also don't actually conjure the elements they're named after, those effects are just an artistic representation of a character's fighting style. So if their swordsmanship "flows like water", it's shown to the audience as a trail of water behind their blade (or if the user is very skilled, a whole-ass dragon).

The characters that seem in the academy like outfits are a reference to bonus pages and ending scenes of certain episodes where they are like teachers and things it’s cute

Fun Fact: By the time season 1 finished the manga was already nearing completion. Being finished before the movie and later season 2 came out. This is a bit unusual as most really big mainstream anime series usually come from longer running manga.

Interesting fact about Nexuko's "Exploding Blood" (1:04): in the original series, it only affects demons or demonic things. This leads to a moment where someone gets poisoned by a demon's blood, and she cures him by _setting him on fire, burning away the poison inside him but leaving everything else intact._

I couldn't find a better way to describe Uzui than like him being the Johnny Cage of the demon slayer verse. I never even saw it before

Hey as a huge fan of Demon Slayer I was very excited when you announced you are gonna react to this and I wasn't disappointed with the reaction too. But I do have to point out 2 things: 1. you missed a new character that was recently added 2. You should react to all Ultimate Moves cutscenes at the end too( when opponent is low and you do a ultimate move on them you get a special cutscene and you should definitely react cause they are really good. Yeah, the art style for Demon Slayer is something amazing, each different "Breathing style" is different; like some have Water Breathing and Thunder Breathing along with some more obscure ones being Love Breathing (Yeah I don't know either) and Stone Breathing also the reason why that Nezuko (The girl with the bamboo muzzle in her mouth) is because she was cursed to become a demon so that's to stop her from biting/eating people

The girl in the butterfly outfit is Shinobu she is the insect hashira her blade is a stinger so her sword can pierce through demon’s heart and calmly put them to sleep instead of killing the demon’s

It’s not explained until later in the manga but the elemental effects aren’t real. however high ranking swordsmen can clearly see the elemental effects.

the school uniforms are a game exclusive and just put in for fun. the sword techniques though are used in the anime. the fire one is different though as its supposed to be a lion head chomping the enemy.

I dig the opening of your logo being flashy and stylish 😁 also demon slayer is a beautiful anime with visuals being top notice amazing to watch. I recommend you two try to watch it as it’s on Netflix and it cover season 1. Also a little saying that the guy with lightning have a split personality of being goofy to girls, serious tone when he is sleeping, and bring cowardly once coming to fights. Also there is a video out there in English Audio with showing different outfits to check and also “Final Cuts” to show some speech from each character doing final blows to the opponent.

The demons are basically vampires that eat flesh

The parts where the characters had bread and were in school uniform isn’t official to the actual show, but a reference to some promotional shorts done by the animators. So it kinda is ‘official’ but not actually cannon to the plot. Also while it’s not an actual rule, you can usually tell if a character is a demon if they are carrying a sharp weapon or not, at least for the entirety of this video. The comment about the guy being a vampire isn’t entirely true (hence the name d e m o n slayer) but demons do share some attributes with vampires, like burning in the sun and eating human blood to sustain themselves. They also have a few specific weaknesses, those being a plant called wisteria (kind of like garlic) and being beheaded with a special sword(kind of like being stabbed through the heart with a stake). Not all demons are bad, but the majority are, being lead by the most evil and ancient demon of them all, Michael Jacks- I mean Muzan Kibutsuji. Demon slayer blew up a few years ago and since then it’s had 2 seasons and a movie, which has some of the best animation quality you’ll find in anime, period. The movie set an all time record as the most grossing anime film ever, and the next season of the show is set to air in early 2023. I don’t know if you’ll be able to watch the show on your other channel due to copyright but I highly suggest you check out the openings for each season (there are 3). They are really good music video/teaser trailers and don’t really spoil anything much, so i think they’d be a good place to start if you’d like to see more from this series. This game is now has featuring newest DLC from Entertainment District arc besides Uzui Tengen, also Demon Slayer or Kimetsu no Yaiba in Japanese is also my favorite anime and manga after the anime adaptation went viral

The powers in demon slayer are pretty neat because there’s actually 2 distinct power systems. The humans have breathing techniques, which pretty much allow them to use their breathing to increase their bodies strength, healing capabilities, durability, etc. it also allows them to use special attacks which are represented by different elements depending on the breathing style (thunder breathing, water breathing, etc). An important note is that the elements like the water and thunder aren’t really there, and are just visual representations of the techniques to add more flare to the combat. Next is demons. Demons are pretty much mutated humans that eat other humans to gain strength. Demons don’t age, have superhuman strength, speed, reflexes, and can regenerate from just about any injury. Even having their head blown to bits. The only way to kill demons is to either expose them to sunlight, or behead them with weapons made from a special sunlight absorbing metal. These weapons are usually katanas, but some of the demon slayers use dual swords and one even uses a spiked mace. Some demons have mutations that give them inherit abilities (like making spider webs and stuff like that) but the peak of the demons powers are blood demon arts. Basically when a demon eats enough people and gets strong enough, they can manipulate their blood to use all sorts of weird borderline magical powers. Every demon has a different blood demon art, and unlike the breathing elements, the blood demon arts are very much actual powers, and make demons very dangerous. The demon slayer corps exists to slay demons and consists of swordsman who have trained under various teachers to learn one of the many breathing techniques, and it’s pretty interesting to see the clashes between raw sword skill and, well, supernatural demon magic

Cant wait for the new season to come and for them to react to muichiro, mitsuri and the uppermoons in this game!

Purely from an art perspective the anime series is worth watching.

Essentially the Demon Slayers are demon hunters that use breathing techniques with their katanas to kill the demons by decapitation; so after his family was slaughtered and his kid sister Nezuko was turned into a demon Tanjiro, the main character, must find a way to turn her back into a human by becoming a Demon Slayer to find the man who can turn Nezuko back. Demons in this world are very similar to vampires in the sense that they consume human flesh and burn in the sunlight.

It’s such a good show y’all should definitely check it out

The anime is really good I recommend watching it. All their techniques are based on breathing

Demon Slayer is absolutely an anime worth checking out, it's just really solid, looks great, and it's super accessible to get into. Basically, people are being turned into demons, which in this universe means they basically follow vampire rules. They're super strong, they regenerate, they eat people, etc. And the only way to kill one of these things to stop them is to either expose them to sunlight or to cut their head off with a specially made Katana that has a unique ore that mimics sunlight so you can just destroy the demon in one go. The main character's village is attacked and his sister turns into one of these demons, but she manages to keep herself under control and refuses to eat people. So in order to protect her from other Demon Slayers, the main character joins the demon slaying corps, giving her a bit of leeway while also vowing to kill evil demons who prey on innocent people. It's basically kind-of like a vampire hunter story but the hero is trying to find a cure for vampirism and also all the monsters are based on Japanese mythology, so they have a lot of really weird and interesting designs and powers. It's also worth noting that this is also a show that has a lot of sympathy for the demons, as well. Like, sure, Tanjiro will just cut these things down because they gotta go, but also we get to see a bit of humanity to them because the main guy actually has sympathy for their situation, which is really refreshing. It honestly makes Tanjiro super likable to see that he's willing to do what has to be done, but he'll still, say, comfort a dying demon or something because he understands that they didn't want to end up like this. It just adds another nice layer to the whole thing. But yeah, great show, can't say enough good about it. This series was so successful that the movie broke like every Japanese film record and basically single-handedly saved the country from the economic after-effects of COVID. Economists literally call it "The Demon Slayer Boom", it's freaking nuts how big this show got!

Another game that has really beautiful supers is Granblue Fantasy Versus. I highly recommend it. They're supers are called 'Skybound Arts'

What the shonen lacks in originality it more than makes up for with style, art direction and scene to scene storytelling. Demon Slayer is short and sweet. The author forewent the "easy" path of milking the series into infinity for money and told a charming story with a definitive beginning and end, and it was a distinct breath of fresh air in both manga and anime forms.

You guys should def watch the anime it's easy to digest and art style is amazing
