I'm a 48-year-old man that grew up watching Sanford and Son reruns. I'm enjoying the gems Demond is bringing. I was embarrassed for the interviewer continuing to drive the "Thick" word home. I'm from the era where we respect our elders. Show this man a little more respect. I was young and silly at one point too, but we knew not to bring that around our elders.

@coralee7801 It might seem like that to you and others who dont understand the different ways different people express themselves in conversation, but esse quam videri. He might interpret some things wrongly and react to it as such sometimes, but it's no malice in these conversations. It's a merging of 2 totally different generations, it's what's needed. I say they've developed an uncle and nephew relationship, like a younger guy on the corner chopping it up wit the older guy on the corner, because Demond is starting to warm up to him as well as he's starting to be comfortable expressing himself with Demond. I've been that younger guy; I've been that older guy, even in my early twenties...I understand things like finding humor in "thick" because of their pauses today. I also understand things like "I'm not bout to be pausing nothing, I said thick and meant it without insinuating body parts" and bein sternly frank about it because I'm not playin.

It’s not funny, it’s unprofessional and kinda rude. Yes, and because they are probably the generations weakest in spirituality, they can't defend themselves against the agenda which has been pushed on them for so long. This is crazy. My remedy is Torah/ Old Testament, and Proverbs specifically for young people most. It is the everyday life wisdom teacher!
