this is the most OP AoW4-build I‘ve ever seen. wow as you said, the enemy could not even attack…. 😮

Actually don't take Keen-sighted for racial traits, the stormbringers attacks have the always hits effect. take something else like tough instead.

Sadly no longer as strong as it was. 1 turn cooldown and in addition reduced damage hits hard in my opinion.
