Chevy has the Camaro Excorcist. You can say all you want that that's not a factory car, but it is. The factory builds it, sends it to get finished, it gets shipped back to the factory from the other factory, and the Chevy factory inspects it and sends it to the dealer. The registration says "Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE Exorcist" and that's how it's registered at the DMV, and that's what it says on your title. True, you can also have your regular Camaro sent and have the Exorcist package installed, but that's not what I'm talking about. There are many cars that you consider stock or factory built that were built the same way the Camaro Exorcist was built, but y'all don't want to admit it. For example, the Shelby Mustang, the Shelby Mustang, the Shelby Cobra, the Viper Hennessey, the Hennessey Venom, The Callaway Corvette, and many more, are all vehicles that the factory sent elsewhere for finishing. Many features on your everyday cars are finished by other companies, whether it was sent by the factory, or the factory had the other company come in-house to finish them. Features such as sun roofs, lifts, etc... So basically, I'm tired of the narrative that Dodge is the only brand putting out track cars. You see what that got them though, right? Now the government isn't allowing them to build anymore, and they're all going to be 6 cylinder or some form of hybrid or electric vehicle, meanwhile, all the other brands are still able to build 8 cylinder vehicles if they choose. The Corvette is going nowhere. Let's see if you see a V8 2026 V8 Dodge of any kind.

This was a pretty easy to guess game, hmm 1200hp rwd or 700 hp awd, when you're doubling the hp on one car, it doesnt matter who hooks better on the launch, even if the corvette had gotten out in front by the 8th mile mark hed be in last now lets test to see who can drive a faster lap on a track.... Might be fast in a straight line, but i aint ever seen a challenger turn well

Both are awesome cars just set up for 2 different things. The 170 is a purpose built drag car the vette isn’t, put the 170 on a road course with the vette and the shoe would be on the other foot.

Yo, the way dodge built the 170, they took out alot of the problems that the old demon had like with traction, and now that mf hooks to do an average of like 9.4. It and the tesla plaid, which dodge was competing with, it beats it by a hair, even on the launch. Thats when u know the new demon can hook.

Lets take 2 cars that on paper don't even come close to each other but make a big deal about it losing...well im just glad when the electric/hybrid loses anyways but this was pretty obvious who was going to win. Both are stock cars (aka bought) lol. The main varient is the difference in hp. 1025hp vs 655hp is huge. Someone has already twin turboed an eray, making 1000hp. Demonology should set up a race against that.

Them C8s are incredible machines especially competes with cars 2-3x the cost but idk why anyone would want the hybrid. I've loved vettes since the C3 in my childhood but I hate how they're more like an exotic than a vette now. Lost that edge of muscle to a sports car... C8 lost the muscle.

A stock 170 on a good DA day (-100ft) will run a 10.7444s @ 131.08 mph. It will also run with a DA of -24ft a 10.7722 @ 130.78mph. I know this because I ran against a Dodge Demon 179 Stock.
