JESUS loves you❤😍. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Revelation 3:20 KJV If you wish to surrender your life to Jesus Christ. Please repeat. Lord Jesus I am a sinner. I come to you today. Please accept me as your son or daughter. Wash me with your blood. I confess you as my personal Lord and Saviour. In Jesus name. Welcome into the family of God.

Like someone said in the comments Lecrae and others came to mind. Their affection is still in the world and shows by their fruits. They cnt tell us not to judge when the bible tells us to judge according to the word of God. Shoutout to artists not compromising.

Lecrae USED TO sing GOSPEL RAP ...now he just sings about life and good things and mentions God here or there. I remember when his songs used to minister. He has lost it. I pray He finds his way back again.

Oh, honey! The list of "artists" that dabble with and collab with secular artists is too long. From Amy Grant in the 80s to CeCe Winans in the 90s, Kirk Franklin and Michelle Williams throughout the past decade too many in the music business want to be friends with the world.

Much love for Dena Mwana, But these comments make me cringe. Seriously guys. I would make reference to these in the future.
@missmytime3 жыл бұрын
Ok, unpopular opinion: Sorry but I sense some self-righteousness in these comments. And self-righteousness is a stumbling block and that’s why I have to call it out. I saw someone commenting on Lecrae’s “compromising”. Not knowing that Lecrae reaches more people with the gospel than a lot of the commenters here combined. Including the artist here. no offense. If your ministry is to reach lost people, you’re going to have a different focus compared to people who edify the Body. Her audience is clearly primarily people who are already saved. I’m ok with artists that embrace their own lane and understand their lane, but once they begin using terms of self-righteousness to make themselves seem like they are doing it God’s way and others are compromising, it becomes problematic and it needs to be called out. Just because he doesn’t preach in every single song doesn’t mean he’s not reaching people with the gospel. Even gospel artists dont preach the gospel in every single song. I searched for her songs, and for example, “More and more” is a BEAUTIFUL worship song, but it is not preaching the gospel. Come on. The gospel is the message of the cross and the message of salvation through Jesus. What you all are missing is that the majority of people in the world are not going out and buying gospel albums or attending gospel concerts. Why would they? And if you know that, what are you going to do about it? Just leave them out in the darkness? Stay on the side with no fish because you claim your bait is more “righteous” than those who are actually doing the work of catching more fish? If you’re going to fish, go to the side of the pond where the fish are. I know MANY people who became interested in the things of God because of artists like Lecrae who were unafraid to step into the world. Sure, he is not always as explicit in his lyrics, but he has planted seeds and he also does a lot behind the scenes. Classifying this as a matter of light vs darkness is oversimplifying the issue.

All i got to say to her answer is WHATEVER my sista. Gospel artists arent any closer to God than secular artists. Yes they sing for God but dont know God any better than the rest of us. People " that pray" need to stop it.
@okaygee41323 жыл бұрын
How can two walk together except they agree? Friendship with the world is ENMITY with The Most High. If you get paid to use your gift to exalt anything other than The Most High, where does your friendship and affection rest?
@Amber_Aviva3 жыл бұрын
The song is advertising that artist. If that artist is going to strictly praise Yahuah and convert, then it’s fine. But why introduce people to an artist that they may end up liking, but the message in their music is worldly?
@ducheineangelot57663 жыл бұрын
0:34 She says : I'm not saying that they're sinners. Honesty, I disagree with that statement. Maybe I'm wrong. Who can explain me that part.
@ireadegboyega92433 жыл бұрын
We are all sinners who have fallen short of God's glory. Some of us have accepted the truth of the gospel and have been saved by grace, a free gift. To say "I will not work with them because they are sinners", would be assuming we are better than them though we too have fallen short and did nothing to gain eternal life. We are not better than those in the world but, we are different. We are not sinless nor perfect, but Christ died for our sins so we can become like him. We should show grace to others, not by condemning them of their sins, but by inviting them to receive the same free gift of salvation. God bless you

It's how y'all are reading deeper meaning into her answer than there is to it for me. It's not as pristine as we think it is and is definitely insulting to Christians in secular music. However, it's her choice.
@oldsorrownewtomorrow82323 жыл бұрын
I don't like her answer. I believe the No, is the correct answer when and only when the secular singer 's intention has nothing to do with the desire of wanting to know God better but is a mere marketing strategy to reach a different audience.
@zoelavie70733 жыл бұрын
I like Dena but i don't totally agree with what she is saying .We were sent by Jesus to go into the world that IS OUR NUMBER ONE PURPOSE.How will they know about Jesus then?Let's remember we were all sinners and it took a Saint SENT by God to us, for us to be able to say today that we are children of God.I was born and raised a muslim and God used loving Christians brothers and sisters who accepted me , became friends with me and because of their Love in Action i gave my life to Jesus.
@maggie84823 жыл бұрын
