I know Ermes wants to pull Denis because Denis is a legend, much like Brzenk, but it is clear that Denis is but a shadow of his former self. This match would be an easy victory for Ermes. Why not challenge one of the three people to beat Ermes on the right arm over the last 2-3 years? A revenge match against Kurdecha would be fantastic. If Ermes is able to avenge his loss from Top 8, that would put him right on track to face Levan again for the undisputed superheavyweight champion on the right arm. It would also prove to everyone that all of the pronation and wrist training has paid off if Ermes is able to maintain his wrist against Kurdecha, who was easily able to take his wrist the last time they faced in Top 8.

The real reason Denis postponed the match was because after he spent some time with Vitaly Laletin, Dmitry Silaev and Zaul Paizulaev, he realized his level was not high enough compared with these three guys, so he surely needed much more time to prepare. The health issues are just excuses.
