Here's my timestamp-analysis: Round 1: John's pronation stopped Denys twice, and it took Denys 30 seconds to pin him, whereas Devon pinned both Ermes and Dave in just 20-30 seconds without breaking a sweat Round 3: John stopped Denys' hook and it took 33 seconds for Denys to break through his pronation Round 4: 22 seconds of pulling and Denys was stuck in the centre and had trouble pinning John still, and John is already pretty tired and trying to hold on with his pronation and good hand control until they stopped the match for elbow foul. Round 5: John is really tiring out, but still holding on for 45 seconds until he gave way Round 6: Both men are stuck in the hook; John has the advantage but is tired and it takes Denys 20 seconds to win the hook and pinned John finally. So, conclusion: the 6-0 against John was still a struggle, but it was predicted to happen because John is already 58 years old with average endurance. Anybody that's top 20 in armwrestling would've beat John Brzenk 6-0

Every part of Denis is just thick as hell. Hands, wrist, muscle-density, neck, head, fingers. Everything. Many people who put on weight still have the skinny wrist or the thin neck or a naturally skinny frame. But Denis is just like a block of granite.
