It's that Danish companies are having trouble finding staff in a tight job market that has been growing apace and with a shrinking demographic.
Companies in Denmark need labor and, in your country, it is proving difficult to find it. The fastest solution is to look for workers abroad who want to leave their country out of ambition.
In this way, Denmark highlights the advantages of its labor market and its economy, characterized by higher wages than in much of Europe and a vast welfare state.
Despite a war raging in Europe, an unprecedented energy crisis and skyrocketing inflation, labor is still needed in Denmark, a product of an economy that has been growing at a good pace for years.
Borders inside Denmark, nothing causes deterioration or discomfort to be perceived, the issues are resolved by the determined lanes without affecting the appearance of a fairytale country.
The unemployment rate in Denmark is at 4.4%, while the employment rate is close to 80%. The companies need about 50,000 more people to cover the workforce that is needed.
From the National Bank of Denmark they believe that the solution is to go in search of foreign workers employed in other labor markets, taking advantage of the higher salaries that are available in this country.
The Danish government frequently publishes what are known as 'Positive Lists' which include highly-skilled workers from other countries who could fill the workforce gap.
The list goes from engineers, social workers, workers specializing in the elderly, laboratory technicians, real estate agents, assistants in the logistics industry, radiologists or employees specialized in customer service.
But denmark has a strict migration regime. Fulfilling all the requirements is essential and migrating here without all the necessary papers is a bad idea.
Getting used to the harsh climate of the long Nordic winter is another obligation, which is only part of adapting to a culture different from ours. Accepting the rules as they are and not trying to change them to our comfort is necessary when one migrates to a country like Denmark
Having the bicycle as an ideal instead of luxurious cars is also an exercise that we must do and this can only serve as a sample of how different spending a season here can be as a life experience. With a good job everything is easy.
