Jake was the hero out of all these episodes, Phil and Grant acted like they were, but it was Jake who saved the Mitchell Brothers, killed his psycho brother and even told Johnny Allen "things didn't go to plan!". Jake needs to come back!!!

@@Gaelek13 It was a misunderstanding. As he left the square, someone approached him. It was because Johnny Allen's last words were "get him for me'. But he meant Sean Slater, not Jake.

Danny reminds me of how the serial killers would act in the 'Scream' films. GhostFace using references from films and with knives. Danny using his phone and filming killing Dennis and then recording Sharon screaming at his side is like a reference. Glad he died in the end, though, but too bad it was Jake that did it.

Between 2003-2005 Eastenders was untouchable the storylines were epic and let's just look at the characters of that time Dennis Rickman Den Watts Andy Hunter Johnny Allan Jake & Danny Moon Phil & Grant Mitchell And in my opinion Dennis Rickman was the greatest character in just the small amount of time he was there he was so popular he was becoming the new face of Eastenders but the actor that played him Nigel Harman wanted to leave to be in Shrek the Musical and concentrate on Stage and Theatre work believe it or not and he died a brutal death but he went out in style that episode was legendary shame we'll never see him again

danny's character had just gotten interesting, he started out as a violent idiot that jake had to take care of and when he came back he was still that but also seemed like more of an unhinged psychopath and the acting made him seem more crazy and creepy, he'd got more interesting and dangerous and then they killed him off just as quickly which was a pity

get johnny week was the best lot of episodes ever in eastenders (well i think so anyway) the plot, the acting everything was really amazing and dennis's death was so intense that year was the year eastenders was the best show on earth!

Do you know what pisses me off? In all the years since, there has been ZERO mention of Jake and Danny Moon. Alfie’s come and gone more times than a yo-yo, had multiple other Moons show up but never bothered to find out why two of his cousins, one of whom was STILL IN THE SQUARE, never call or answer his messages. When he thought Johnny had killed them he was in tears begging to know what happened to them Even Phil confessing to his role in Dennis’ death to Sharon only mentioned Johnny, even though they both knew Danny and Jake saved both his and Grant’s lives

George is the other guy. ;) You may have a point there. But, then again the only similarity was him shooting his brother (then again Lennie wasn't George's brother). Also, that kind of story has probably been done a lot (I mean a brother shooting a brother or someone shooting his best friend). So it probably wasn't based off of it.

danny had always been mentally unstable or maybe just stupid or maybe even had learning difficulties. johnny used that to mould him into a weapon, treated him like a son to ensure his loyalty and nurtured all his warped views of reality. johnny probably told danny that jake would be proud of him for it to get him to do it
