Dennis isn't just the best "ninja" on Team Germany, he is the ONLY "ninja" that I see on that team (two guys on the squad look mixed-race, but mixed-race is NOT black)! Yet Dennis took that German squad of so-called "scrubs" to the FIBA title. Not sure if he said that before or after but I saw an interview with him and Malika and he was asked about the world champion debate. There is no real wrong answer for it. Because if you win the world cup or the olympics where multiple countries are in then you are technically world champion. And at the same time if you win in the NBA where the best players from all over the world are in which forms the best teams that too is world champion. Due to the discrepancy in talent outside of the NBA. Dennis would be a fool to say "no we not world champions" when they are. He also gave a ton of respect to the Nuggets.

Really like Gils podcast, but one thing I realize is he doesn't like anyone that has anything to say about his friends and insults the person that says their opinion. There's nothing wrong with what Dennis Schroeder said, we've all heard the stories that the NBA teams' locker room is very divided and many times it doesn't feel like a team you are Playing on. It probably wasn't the best team Dennis has played on but after a while on a toxic team being on one where everyone is enjoying each other it will certainly feel really fun.

If the locker room was TOXIC. some of it was probably aimed at him because he wasn't the best player. Playing in an environment where you're the best player doesn't have the same elements. Look when the coach tried to sit him down, he had a problem with it and was comfortable enough in that environment where he's the best player to respond the way he did. I could see why he would say too. Feels great to the best player.
