Saw her making out with a guy on a hiking trail in Topanga Canyon. Their dog who ran up to my group. I recognized her but played dumb.

Deny Crane is James T Kirk in a law firm. William Shatner is one of the luckiest people on earth, he is in a profession he absolutely sucks at and is still successful - just like politicians.

In Shatner's early career, my father (God rest him) often complained about his "over acting", and, perhaps even for that time, Mr. Shatner was often "overly-theatrical". However, these days, I believe that William Shatner is very self aware; his over-the-top acting is on purpose and it serves to further his brand as an actor. Considering how long his career has been, and how successful he has been, I think he knows exactly what he is doing. Even if I were to accept you supposition that Shatner sucks at his job and is still successful- who cares, its just entertainment. Now when politicians suck at their job and are still successful (which I agree is common), that IS really irritating!

Actually I watched him at Comicon in Australia and he had this 1 hour time slot where he talked and answers questions and I was struck by his charisma and stage presence and crowd control. I realised he was the real deal then. He is a real actor.
