Yep. That's one of the best original scares I've ever seen.

One of the best and most unique scares was at my local haunted house was having a room with about 7 or 8 portraits all identical of a woman smiling scattered throughout the small dining room, and the person in the picture is the same in every one. One of the portraits was a actor dressed exactly like the evil looking woman in every portrait, and she'd sit still acting as If she's a portrait, then she'd pop out when you walked by. Really amazing!

Some of my other favorite scares include: a "mirror" which is just a hole in the wall with an identical set behind mimicking the room, and then a person pops out. A person in a camo suit with a pumpkin head high up on a wall just looking like one of the pumpkins on the wall, then he leaps down and he's on a bungee cord, so he flies down and flies back up. A prison cell with a person inside, and some of the bars on the prison are actually stretchy, and the actor can stretch them out and hop out. Finally, there was a garden scene that had those white garden fence things (I don't know what they're called but I know that they're in gardens and they're white and tomatoes will grow on them.) But there were many of these growing things on the walls, and one of them was actually identical looking stretchy velcro, so there's was a werewolf behind it and when he put his arms through it looked like he was tearing through the fence.

I don’t work there, but have considered it. I’m a school teacher and decided right now I just need my weekends off. But I have been going to The Dent for years and it gets better and better every year. That was me in the checkered jacket getting lost in the bubbles with him! 😄
