I do both auntie cavity, mouthwash, and I let the toothpaste on my teeth because I am prone to cavities ❤❤

For decades I don’t use and practice mouth wash plus I also don’t use toothpaste when I brush my teeth. My teeth are still sparkling white and there is no cavity at all. I just remove the complete set of denture, brush and rinse under running water 😂 😜 😝 caught you.

This answered one of my questions, I prefer flossing before brushing because I feel like the toothpaste can get in between the teeth to work more efficiently. Started letting the toothpaste sit on my teeth for a little bit and then using the mouthwash to cleanse the paste. xD

Wouldn't using anticavity mouthwash with a low percentage of fluoride after brushing with a high percentage of fluoride wash away the better percentage of fluoride?
