Echs is contractual job which gets extended after every 11 months based on performance there is no provision of permanent job in ECHS. There's a lot of favouritism that goes on during the selection process as well.. And God forbid if any Exservicemen appear in the interview they will get it 100%theres reservation for them so even if u slog and work your heart out you absolutely have no guarantee that the job will be renewed. There's definitely no match in the level of respect that you earn in army dental to echs dental officer. In short if u are a fresher and want to make some fast money to open your clinic it's the best choice

Don't run after echs.. It's contractual and there's no certainty of the job absolutely.. It's good for freshers not experienced ones.. Echs is no alternative for army dental corps...salary is 75000 per month

There is no work of dentistry in echs its just prescription work . sacrificing your hard learned skills for a contractual job is never worthy ..dont try for such traps
