MPH is not mandatory for DDS both are separate degrees

Scholarship for Foreign Dental Graduate are very less likely, not in my knowledge.

Advanced clinical training programs does not qualify the participant to get license to practice but you can a lot of technical know how of the practice requirements.

You can apply for advanced program and obtain a license to practice after clearing the licensing exams. You will be practicing as a specialist not as a GP. Hope this helps.

Thankyou for liking the concept. Well so many questions in on go. Let me answer, so here you go 1. Well to get admission you need to pass NBDE/INDBE, then you apply for DDS in various colleges, where you go for interview and Bench exams. MPH is altogether an additional qualification and its not mandatory. It will surely add a value to your CV specially if you have done it from USA, it shows that you are well aware of the US education system but there are a lot of other important things. 2. Off course you can plan like that. There are lots of private institute providing course for the same. Even Kaplan has its video lectures, you can purchase them. Once you feel prepared you can go and give your exam and come back as the application procedure is very long. One more thing that even Dr. Pratik told me that to appear for exams we are dependent on tourist visa and that is unpredictable. Thats why many students come here and appear for exams. 3. MPH fee ranges from 8000 USD to 15000 USD annually but it can be as high as 40000 USD if few University. So it depends upon which university you are applying for. Off course you can apply for loan, most of the bank provide loan upto 20 lakh for overseas education. SBI provide as high as 30 lakh with low interest rates. You don't need collateral upto the loan of 7.5 lakh. 4. US is considered as land of opportunities, so surely you can get. As per my understanding you can get atleast 30000 USD/ year or more initially. People are earning as part timers as well. 5. You have asked a critical question. Visa takes critical evaluation, I have seen people are denied even tourists visa as well. US is also called land of immigrants but recently H1b visas were suspended temporarily by current government. So if we apply now we need to be on student visa for 2 years for DDS and then process of application will take a long time. So it will be too early to comment on h1b. But current situation looks fine to apply.

Offcourse you can apper for INBDE exam before internship but you need to complete internship in order take admission in DDS course.
