The voice and the cursor are not in sync. Very hard to follow, especially when you are trying to look at the icons and understand what she is teaching.

The worst dental software! I think the developers had ALL the time in the world; too many too small icons, too many convoluted pages: you think in a fast paced clinic, people have time to use this program?
