That's when I knew they were destined. Reminded me awful lot of the 2021 Bucks vs Nets Game 7. Winner of that game was winning the finals. Wolves can literally guard anyone, nobody on offense left in the playoffs is even close to as potent as Jokic.

I was rooting for the T-wolves. Adam Silver and Scott foster were really trying to pull a highway robbery in the final two minutes. But the wolves won despite the rigging. And Lokic fans swear they are the anti-establishment when the NBA is giving him MVPs left and right, and trying to rig playoffs series for him. GOODBYE JOKIC FANS!!!! HAHAHAHAHAA. You guys can clean up Jokic's horses' stool. That's their cancun!!!!

To do it in that fashion, all in the second half, in front of the Denver crowd and the face of the defending champions and league MVP, 20 years to the day the Wolves won their first game 7 ever to advance to the WCF, and on KG's birthday. lol crazy stuff. The game, as well as the whole series, was a 50/50, without safe ones. Wolves from -20 to +10, CONGRATS! First conference finals after 20 years. Extremely ELITE defences are the main thing about this series. There is nothing to complain about Jokic, OF COURSE! The man played the whole match with 1 minute of rest, gave 90% of his team's points in 2/2, collected 19 rebounds. Ok, a lot of misses for 3p, but most of them are shots of desperation because the rest doesn't work, nobody can make a basket. All the best to Murray, a lion's fight through injuries the whole series. Porter + Gordon 11p, if you are must looking for blame somewhere, then it is there. As soon as Gobert hit the cleanest shot of his career, in the middle of 4/4 from the fadeaway, out of desperation, I knew it was over :( Reed again gave a mountain of key points. The whole POff Nuggs are somehow out of their right rhythm, like on one leg... They were again within a bit of the Conference Finals. Jokic justified his role as the best player in the league, some new young stars are coming to annoy him and push him out of his comfort zone :) The nonexistence of moves in Denver's trade deadlines turns out to be the key to the total and absolute exhaustion of Denver's starters in such a physical series. Apart from Holiday at times and the excellent Braun, in his role, the reserve help is almost non-existent. On the other side, Reid played as a starter + Walker, etc... Insurmountable, it turns out. However, we are left without a "collision" between Jokic and Luka, the balkan brothers...

Nah I disagree. Gordon went off in several games and looked like the best shooter ever at times. Braun, Holliday, and Jackson made shots off the bench (and Braun played amazing defense). KCP was solid all around. I'd say only MPJ disappointed, but the Wolves left everyone else but him open (even Jokic and Murray at times). MPJ also killed the Lakers last series. It was two great teams going at it with the Wolves winning a tight series.

I wouldn't say incredible performance by KAT. He shot 1-6 from 3-PT. Scored 23 points with 6 points from the free-throw line. This was team effort, through and through. Only KAT and McDaniels scored 23 points each. The difference maker was Conley and McDaniels hitting those 3s, and everyone playing defense besides KAT.

The announcer is my favorite. I like his voice and he's so exciting with his various phrases. 🙂 Notice how Anthony Edwards is "barely" breaking a sweat toward the end of the game. I'm sure he does not look nearly as tired as the Joker and Murray. Of course, he had a lot of help from his teammates and he's young. Still though, looking at him, I'd never guess he'd already been playing all that time. Once your blood pressure is up and your body is hot, even if you wipe with a towel, the sweat immediately returns on your skin. So, I guess for Edwards, this game was "no sweat."

Credit to Wolves defense especially KAT who played the best D on Jokic out of anybody this entire season, but I don’t think Jokic approached this properly. He wasn’t doing anything creative in the post like he usually does. Both him and Jamal were trying to get super perfect looks instead of just elevating when they got close enough. And also Denver’s fault for assuming that Jokic would take care of everything in the 2nd half, whereas the Wolves played as a team and stayed ready to shoot when Ant gave it up.

KAT was so big tonight! (Pause). Locked out the Joker!🔥 REID was the key to the victory! 🔥 Ant was bad earlier, but came back strong! 🔥 DPOY with that fade away tho! 🤣 Huge freakin’ win for the Wolves! 🏆

@@Natexvv Yeah I watched it. I watched Joker get 34 points, 19 rebounds, and 7 assist. Joker playing great doesn't mean Kat didn't. Your buddy up top said Kat "locked up" Joker. That's a Joke.

I'll be very surprised if that series goes more than 5 games. Mavs don't have the bodies to cover Kat, Gobert, and Reid. And if McDaniels keeps up the same intensity on Luka, he's going to create nightmares for Dallas.

@@jackboyjoseph5135 the biggest difference of this game was the timberwolves defence. The timberwolves showed how important it is to have guys that you can depend on to give you their all on both sides of the court.
