I love how refreshing his interview is. He’s so honest. Doesn’t sugar coat a thing. You can tell the reporters were almost like “dang you’re not just giving us media answers.” 😂😂

The reporters clearly know nothing about working out. “How is it working with coach Herb, how things are so out of the norm”…addressing mobility/stability at hips, ankles shoulders etc. is far from “out there”
