Mauritania by motorcycle. This leg of the journey also comes to end. Yesterday we travelled through the Mauritanian desert on the iron ore train. Today we leave the desert country towards Morocco. It has been a great adventure in Mauritania. A real adventure. And all on our own motorcycles. Just like the book says. Thanks to all the great impressions I can take with me from the Sahara. It is a different world in Mauritania. It is like a motorcycle ride on another planet. The landscape, with its dunes and seemingly endless plains, is simply breathtaking. The people of Mauritania have my utmost respect. Life there is really hard with the never-ending wind and sand. I still wonder how they grow food in Mauritania. We also travelled around Mauritania in winter on our motorcycles. I can't imagine the heat in summer. I've never felt more impressed by any of the countries we visited. Well... We also crossed the Sahara. Apart from the very outrageous border crossing, it was great. Thank you, Mauritania.

Windshield: Unfortunately very scratched and therefore blocks the view. I noticed this when I started editing the Moroccan material. I have a long reaction time due to the time lag between recording and editing the videos. Well... In the meantime, the shield has been dismantled. I try to cut the videos so that you don't have too long sections with the windshield.
Who am I and what happens on my channel?
I'm Sebo and I set off on a big motorcycle journey in May 2022. I am accompanied by my faithful Frieda. My Honda CRF 250L. Together we are embarking on the adventure of a lifetime. Our route is not fixed. Flexibility and the fun of traveling are in the foreground. I met Wade from the States on the ferry from Spain to Morocco. He was traveling on his Triumph Scrambler 1200. Without further ado, we decided to travel together in the near future.
We'll be riding the Trans Euro Trail (TET), back roads and dirt tracks. We will avoid highways and expressways.
