Great video, very concise! Especially that "fake" missing access to the project in the pipeline log was driving me mad, but it turned out I just had a typo further down my pipelines.

Good question! My repos seem to run GitLab CI by default when I add a .gitlab-ci.yml file I don't think I ever changed a setting to allow them to run but it's possible there's a global setting that allows for that.

Is GCP product ID key mandatory? because i am unable to find it

Yes I think you'll need the project id. The project id is just an identifier for the Google Cloud project - so should be the same for everything the project. You should be able to find it from the Project selection dropdown when you're switching projects.
