Your video is very helpful! Quick question… I am currently married to a U.S. Citizen had 2 US citizen children together, long story short I ended up with ICE and now I am in removal proceedings applying for cancellation of removal relief in court. My marriage is rocky as I write this and my wife wants out of the relationship. In my case how can a divorce affect my proceedings? And if so what would my options be to get my green card to stay in the US for my children?

What if you have i pending I485 that was obtained by being filled for by your child and you have already received your SSN and EAD what should you do to remain compliant with the USCIS

How or where can I see if my US citizen spouse reported that I married him for the green card to Immigration? We applied for the removal on condition when still together and are going through divorce now. And I got a RFE letter. Is there a back file I can see?

Excelent but it will be extremely helpful of those to been trick !! (Petitioner that immigrants take advantage) make a video also ,,,is not always the US citizens that want to do anything to cancel benefits is sometimes the immigrants took advantage of

My brother is a us citizen and I'm currently here as a TPS holder. Would he able able to sponsor me and apply for EAD to continue working in the states? We entered the us legally.

No, a sibling petition won't allow you to get an EAD and continue to work in the US.
