Жыл бұрынDepressed? Struggling? Hug Me! was born out of mental health awareness month which happens to be in May and also from the fact that I've had my own mental health journey and know what it feels like to be alone and want people to know that they are not alone.
It's so important to feel connected and to reach out when you feel sad, depressed or have challenging thoughts and feelings. you are not crazy, it's normal to feel down at times and there's way to feel better that are healthy.
A hug goes a long way and please reach out to your loved ones to check up on them - you never know what that it could for someone.

I would have loved to get a hug. I'm a 64 yr old widow with 3 grown sons. I live alone. I rarely get good hugs. Everyone needs a good hug

Meir Kay! I have taken a two year break from commenting on social media. I’m coming out of hiding for this one. You are one of my favorite people on this little planet. You give so much of yourself…selflessly. I see you. I feel you. I understand you even though I have never met you. It is apparent to all that you are in the service of HaShem. Your joy is infectious. I think you could do the same thing with a caring woman next to you...holding 2 signs. Yours would say: "any guy just need a hug? I'm here for you" And hers would say: "any girl just need a hug? I'm here for you" That would accomplish SOOOO much more. Please think about what I'm saying and try to accept it. I'm really commenting out of love.
