It is a crime to reveal an informants info. The argument that Bobby gave his permission is weakened by the fact that Max was only going to pay Bobby if he would let him announce it. He put Bobby in danger

Bobby agreed to being named in the announcement, his tip was for the lawyer being kidnapped nothing mentioned about CG, in fairness max's second announcement stated something about a lesser reward for info on harboring leads. Cherry on top max is paying out of his own pocket in installments not from state account. In the courts they call this a lead balloon.

Impeachment is not a criminal charge in the MDT, so it's not a PD case... When Abdul got impeached it was the PD who pushed the case since they were the ones who were upset with him. In this case it's Chang Gang who are upset with Max. So they are the ones who need to get their lawyers together, obtain the necessary evidence and post a civil case on the docket. The PD aren't the ones claiming the mayor did anything wrong so they are under no obligation to do anything. The people making the accusations are solely responsible for proving it.

@@crazfullathat’s incorrect. Nopixel doesn’t have a full standing government like the U.S., so the PD is responsible for collecting all articles for inquiry of impeachment. Only a lawmaker or DOJ has the power to introduce the impeachment resolution. Chang Gang can only help provide further evidence for each article. Also, a civil case won’t directly impeach him but will add more articles.

@@-lnsertNameHere- for what could he have been impeached the last week? beeing commissioner? the council gave him that right till a PD commissioner was found. And that whole commissioner thing was also only created because cops had fear of a failing command structur when the sheriffs office would open up ( and as it would now have been with 3 HC in BCSO and only 2 in LSPD, LSPD could always been overruled by BCSO ). It was one of the conditions to get the sheriffs election and office going. Just watch the last 3 council meeting VODs and what Max, Cornwood Ruby and Beric talked about regarding commissioner
