Diabolic Extra Slow is an antispin rubber that is more stable in every way based on the high spin reversal of Reflection, and the short blocks of Transformer Extra Slow. This sounds like Scandal that we’ve seen previously, but Diabolic Extra Slow is even more consistent in creating short blocks. Also, because this rubber is much easier to control, you can make more aggressive attacks and variations. However, just after training for 30 mins, there are already a lot of permanent marks on my rubber. So the durability might be the thing that the company still needs to work on in the future. But besides that, Diabolic Extra Slow is absolutely a great choice for antispin players.

Hi Michael, I see that you've been trying different (super) slow antis... Among the ones you've tried so far, which one in your opinion was the slowest? And is that noticeable? I have the Troger's Super Slow. I can tell you it's slow but think there is still room for another rubber to be even slower Could that be the "Diabolic Extra Slow" or the "Transformer" or something else you may have experienced? ----- If your goal is to be able to drop the ball near the net or on either edge of the table ( again near the net), you need an extremely slow and extremely high-control anti... what would that be?

Haluk Karamete for me, ABS2 2.3mm and Diabolic Extra Slow can achieve the best effect on short and disruptive blocks. Thanks for the comment!

Michael, which anti rubbers beside Diabolic Ex.slow, that can perform topspin/lifting backspin ball similar to this rubber or maybe better?

Anton Praja sorry man I didn’t get the message notice from KZfaq. Sorry for replying late. In my opinion, Reflection and ABS2 can both reach the same level of performance as Diabolic Extra Slow.

Hello, I know you have compared the rubbers in the description in many different videos, but I would like to know how would you rank them. Can you rank the spin reversal with block, spin reversal with chop, ease for attack, ease for short block etc. on Reflection, Transformer, Transformer Extra Slow, Diabolic, Diabolic Extra Slow and Scandal please (if you have any other would like to add onto the list please do) I never own an antispin before (only tried Transformer Extra Slow on friend's bat once) and would like to try one but not sure what should I choose, so your opinions would be very helpful. Thanks.

I have watched that video as well but diabolic extra wasn't included, so how would you put this into your ranking list?

Hin5525 it is a S rank rubber for me. It performs very well in every area except durability.

Additionally, in your description, you mentioned Diabolic Extra Slow has higher control, but it also has a fairly hard sponge, do you think it would suit players who use anti-spin for the first time? Also, where can I can buy Diabolic Extra Slow? The only place I can find is from Der Materialspezialist official website and it is very expensive there.

Hin5525 Diabolic Extra Slow has the soft sponge from Reflection. So you don’t really need to worry about that too much. However, no matter which anti you choose, anti still feels very different and it requires a lot of time to get use to it. So be prepared mentally. I order my anti rubbers from Tabletennis11.

Blade is Dr Neubauer Phenomenon. Personally I prefer diabolic Extra Slow since it’s lighter. But both of them gives the best spin reversal and great control.

Barwell Fleet Scandal, Diabolic Extra Slow and ABS2.
