These guys just keep impressing me more and more... always working hard regularly updating the community with solid content that's actually done or mostly done, not pipe dreams.. and the stuff they do add just adds so much gameplay its incredible.. every dev house out their could learn a lot from these guys.. top job

wow, you did a very good job on the caboose, when I saw you worked on adding a caboose, I thought it would just be a useless thing for visuals, but you made it very useful. Good job and I am looking forward to drive in the valley.

you can get an i5 2400 with 8gb ram and a gtx 550 ti to run derail valley at 720p or 1080p

you can find i5 2400 in optiplex 990 or just search for prebuilds that have that cpu and then upgrade its ram, power supply, and add a GPU.

I play in 4k ultra with a 1060 so u dont need much 2 run this game my brother plays with a 960 2gb card with a i5 at 1080p

That caboose looks nice, Can we customize it on the customization update? (Like adding diferent interior/exterior lights and clocks and things to make it more like home)

As an IRL Freight Conductor the only thing I see that is a must is 1-4 player multiplayer. Let me explain. Minimum 2 player multiplayer 1 who plays as an Engineer one whom plays the role of Freight Conductor. 3 player multiplayer to allow there to be a "U Man" utility man who can act as role as an extra conductor to allow someone to be watching shoves and or throwing ahead switches. An 4 player multiplayer because well why not? Let's have a trainmaster or a yardmaster. The ability to make your own jobs. Let me explain again the way the game is now it's like I work the extra board I have no choice in what I am being called for. Let there be a way I can do "dedicated" jobs like I want to run coal let me run coal. If I want to be on a yard job I should have that option flat switching cars. There is so many things that would be amazing if added if these were paid DLC's I would pay for them for sure I would love to be able to do my job that I love at my computer all day long. Another great add to the game would easily be SIGNALS WE NEED SIGNALS NO MORE DARK TERRITORY AND MORE TRAINS THAT RUN SO THAT WAY WE HAVE TO PULL OFF ON A SIDING AND WAIT! The game is already the best train sim by far with these added features it will be the number one train sim forever. I could spend thousands of hours if we had these things somehow. But mainly if we could get 2 player multiplayer and signals and other trains and sidings I would be content. An the ability to work "free roam" jobs. Meaning if I want to run a coal train or yard job with my buddy I can.

Quick question. Does the Caboose only extend the signal of the remote or does it add up to the normal range? (basically is it a signal repeater with the same range or does it add to the signal to extend the generell range?)

If one summons the caboose with an item inside, would the item be teleported too? Does storin items in the caboose make them not appear at your porch or in lost&found sheds?

you should make a 4-6-2 pacific, i know this is diesel power only but, the SH282 is not free to get, its still is to get it for free but you need to buy it. so yeah i wanted to see a 4-6-2 in the game.

Not keen on magically being able to repair/refuel with the caboose, feels like it takes something out rather than adding in but I like the career management function.

I could understand it carrying some spare parts for a "partial" field repair, limited fuel, pane of glass, etc. But this is a game where we can reset derailed cars with a magic radio, lols. Like anything else it'll get tweaked as needed. I like its feature as a "Home" for our stuff. :D

I think you will probably crash if you dont stop in time. I dont think there is a game over in Derail Valley and I dont think it would make sense lol

amazing caboose model and realism, but since i have a low end pc, which makes the game unplayable, could you perhaps try to add this game to geforce now so i dont have to worry about 10 fps and crashing every 10 minutes?
