Really like Derek mpmd, I just think he is a very thoughtful, very self aware, articulate person. Loved his video a few years ago on GHB and things that bodybuilders do for gains. I don’t know much about competitive combat or lifting but am fascinated by the things that athletes do to beat drug tests. The netflix “Icarus” was fascinating to me. Also I heard mdmd mention that guys could abuse amphetamine, I had no idea that is a compound that fighters would use. Is there performance enhancing components? Can anyone who trains or knows about this answer that? I’m trying to think of situations where amphetamine would be useful other than cutting weight.
@liamengram63265 ай бұрын
Just look at Mike Mentzer. He used methamphetamine as a pre-workout. Pre-workouts are loaded with stimulants. Infact, in the early 2000s a pre-workout called Jack3d was famously removed from shelves for having a compound that was almost chemically identical to methamphetamine. Think about the little 90lb tweakers you've seen fighting off 10 cops and flipping cars and shit. If you smoke meth before a workout you're going to be able to bring a lot more intensity and move a lot more weight than you normally would, which means increased muscle stimulus and as a result - better gains over time.

Show me an MD anywhere in the world prescribing steroids for recovery from orthopedic surgery. Find me ONE. I’ll save you the time, they don’t exist. Steroids fuck up your blood sugar, your hormones, your entire endocrine and catecholamine systems. THIS isn’t good for recovery. Its just not something that is ever recommended in ACTUAL medicine. Lung inflammation? Great. Blast them with a few days of roids. Terrible pain and cant take pain pills or NSAIDs? Allergies? Steroids are great……..BUT they have dramatic side effects. There is a reason we only use steroids when other things fail or are contraindicated. A rather large portion of the population get steroid psychosis in only a day or two. They literally lose their shit, and we have to stop immediately. Nobody talks about this, but its super common even for low dose oral steroids.

I’m honestly shocked people still want to see McGregor so badly, his run was historical, just a meteoric rise! Before he entered the UFC, he clearly stated what his goals were; win the 145lb strap, and win the 155lb strap, and be the first person to hold both at the same time, and then leave in top. Despite his aspirations seeming so surreal, he accomplished all of that, and only had to walk away to cap it all off. But he failed to walk away, and everything since has diminished his star power greatly. For his own sake I would love to see him just hang it up, because him going out there and not being at the same level he once was, is damaging his legacy and accomplishments, even though it shouldn’t. What he did can’t be taken away, but people’s perception of him can be. He’s clearly not the same person, he’s clearly doing steroids, yet people want to see him get back to that same heights he was once at, which is truly impossible. Say his heart is still in it, his mind clearly isn’t. All the nonsense out of camp he does, it couldn’t be more evident that he’s got one foot in and one foot out at this point.

It really doesn't take much for most people, especially since you were used to seeing him dehydrated and about 20lbs lighter than his walk around weight. TRT patients who work out can typically see around 20-25lbs of muscle added just in the first year of taking it, and TRT is typically dosed at 150mg per week. As Derek stated in this video, your typical "starter kit" cycle for someone who wants to bodybuild and run gear is 500mg of test per week, and a lot of guys will toss a daily 25mg of oral anavar on top of that since var is notorious for being light on sides.

I think if someone breaks a bone they should not only allow tb500 bpc157 and HGH but have their own drs and surgeons to prescribe and administer these drugs in office. They should make them sit out for a set amount of time based off the typical recovery time for that injury. Then add an appropriate amount of time post drug use to clear the system and not have any performance enhancing effect. This should be in every sport. Athletes should have access to the same level of care as everyone else. Have usada administer the drugs themselves. But let them heal

Both companies are merged under TKO. I bet UFC new drug policy will be as legitimate as the WWE wellness policy 😅

The UFC drug policy is meaningless because they still have to abide by sanctioning bodies to legally hold events in the US and most of the first world. Pro wrestling isn't a real competitive sport so there's no federation or athletic comission overseeing the "fights". Unless they plan to do everything from Abu Dhabi from now on, their internal drug policy cannot save them from external oversight.

Bpc 157 is powerful for some people. Took ot for 2 weeks and healed my gut and achilles then kept getting ripped the next 20 days barely working out

The Bible is truth. To understand this you must do the inner work Jesus Christ taught. It all starts with forgiveness from the heart. Start by finding the grievances we all build up with our parents. They have generally raised fed loved us to some degree. Looking inside, realizing that they are people who make mistakes too, and genuinely forgiving them everything shows an important aspect of your soul to God. Genuinely mean absolute forgiveness inside your heart. This is key. To be forgiven we must forgive. This step teaches you why Jesus Christ is lord, and why you need to break down to him and ask for forgiveness. Afterwards read Genesis, Mathew, and one book of the Bible you chose yourself. These four steps have important spiritual significance and are like milestones within our souls. Please trust me. Genuinely open your heart up to God. It is all true. Jesus Christ is the way truth and life. 😊
