Hello sir, OTC contract are between 2 person.. then how would outside world would get to know about these contracts..

You are correct. This is one of the reason for the sub-prime crisis in US in 2008. Thats how, ISDA gained a lot of importance. ISDA is an association whose members disclose the OTC contracts to ISDA.

Hi Paresh, Thanks for your question. Futures contract can happen on any underlying asset. When it happens for EuroDollar, It is EuroDollar futures. Here, two parties will enter into the contract based on the interest rates on EuroDollar.
