One side effects of minoxidil. If you stop using it after some time, you will loose the new hair as well as your old hair. During covid minoxidil was not available for me, so I stopped using for 6 months, I lost 60% of my hair. So please only if you have grade 3 or above baldness, then only use minoxidil. Using only dermaroller, coconut oil and good diet will give you healthy thick hair. Please don't use minoxidil, I know it is a easiest way to get hair, but it is also a easiest way to loose hair. Jis din aap sab healthy khaana khaoge, fir aapko pata chalega ham sab kitna nutrients deficients hai.

If there you tale care of proper sanitization & correct storage of the dermaroller, it is totally safe if you notice mild redness (without visible bleeding). If you are noticing bleeding with a 0.5mm dermaroller, then either the technique or pressure or dermaroller is not right.
