Mild shedding will still occurs just because body is lacking all the nutrients it needs. The growth happens because these supplements helps fill in what the body needed. I’m always low on vitamin D, iron, and zinc, so I get the hair loss. The supplements work for me cuz it helps fill my body’s need. My apology if my reply sounds confusing lol
