Hi! What is your opinion on The Orinary retinol in squalane? Would you recommend using it? Does the squalane interfere with the effictiveness of the retinol?

I’m not familiar with it, but when formulated together they should not interfere with one another

I just got a prescription on Adapalene for my mild/moderate acne. I would really like to start anti aging skincare with retinoids (I’m 26y) and I’m confused if Adalpene is a stronger retinoid than the Retinols you’re referring to as green tea 😀 When my acne is under control should I switch to Retinol like Paula’s choice to focus more on anti-aging or will adalpene be better for both acne and anti-aging ? Adapalene is better for acne, but I would choose one! Start with Adapalene

What an insightful video thank you! What are your thoughts on Kiehls retinaol skin renewing daily microdose serum? It contains pure retinol, peptide, and ceramides.

It’s a good one! Especially as a starter as retinal is one step away from tretinoin, which eventually you’ll want to work up to a prescription tretinoin, and find a moisturizer with the ceramides and peptides to support it!

Hello :) you said we can use Tretinoin every night after our skin is acclimated…I would like to use glycolic acid at least 2-3x/wk, can i use it on the same days as Tretinoin? thank you :)

I suggest skipping it, but it depends on the percentage of glycolic acid. Some skin types can tolerate it. Also depends on your other skin actives

Retinol of course, the only ceramides cannot do anything for dark spots

Sometimes it’s purging sometimes it’s hormonal sometimes it’s the combo of retin a with other products or a side effects of irritation. Acne is Complex can have many different causes
