Finally after 3 weeks of dragging this on I finally finished my first Derrick Rose Mix. It might be a little sloppy in some areas but this is mainly due to the amount of problems I had with Sony Vegas (lag, rendering, etc.) so I had to switch to Final Cut Pro X which surprisingly had to take a long time getting used to. In addition, due to the NBA lockout it was difficult to search for a bunch of clips that I needed which weren't on youtube or NBA.com.
With that being said, this is my first mix of my favourite player in the NBA, Derrick Rose. (no I'm not a bandwagonner, I'm not one of those "fans" who wear bulls gear just cause everyone wears it or just cause he won MVP) This mix highlights most of Derrick Rose's breathtaking plays from the 2010-2011 NBA season including some clips from the NBA 2011 playoffs as well. Also this mix not only reveals his ability to play basketball like a BOSS but also exhibits his love for the game as well, as you will see during the end of the mix.
The title of the video is inspired by my favourite commentator in the NBA, Stacey King. Most of the play-by-plays in the video is called by him, his line "Too Big, Too Strong, Too Fast, Too Good" has to be one of my favourites.
