Onwards and upwards fingers crossed. Second half was alot better from Derry (not hard) i watched on tv. Bohs were jammy in the end it was such a clear penalty he actually handled it twice!

From what I’ve heard (radio & seen LOI TV) Derry are becoming too predictable & Rovers didn’t think they needed to invest. But they’re still ahead of the pack Just. Hopefully 3pts against Cork in next one .

Derry were dreadful, they offer absolutely nothing up front and the only small consolation is that they were better than they were away at St. Pats last Monday. The supporters are right that the brand of football on show is awful and I noticed a few empty seats along the stand you were in while I watched on telly but there could be a few reasons for that I suppose. I can't believe that Higgins said after the match that the pitch was bad or difficult; it's the one they train on every day so that excuse is mad but shows he knows the pressure is on, plus the fact he is jumping around the touchline like a 90's raver on ecstacy, appealing for absolutely everything, although the handball near the end was a definite penalty. However, as a Larne fan, blaming their pitch makes the situation at Inver even more embarrassing that they are complaining about the pitch which passed the proper tests and the Larne one failed for some unknown reason. Anyway, the gap to Rovers is getting bigger again and Derry need to get the socks pulled up. A wee game at Inver on Friday night will maybe help them, ha ha. Good vlog as always Niall.
