@@DanceePinkston hi I have been trying all these exercises the labor went very well I dilated fully but than I ended up with a c section as my Dr said I was delayed in 2nd stage of labor the baby was not coming out after long long pushing and waiting so very disheartened and sad as I tried all the things but happy that my baby is safe

@@hajrawaqas1129this means that dilation isn't everything, the baby needs to be engaged down the pelvic

Hi Dancee. My doctor told me I have less fluid .Now I am 37 week pregnant. Can I start all labour pain inducing exercises ?? So I have normal delivery?
@DanceePinkston
@DanceePinkston 2 жыл бұрын
I did my pregnancy stretching exercise routines daily and the miles circuit at 37 weeks would be great. But the ball exercises and spinning babies I did after 39 weeks. The goal is to keep pelvic ligaments loose and balances so baby can get in a great birthing position which is typically LOA. as for less fluid you can always do your own research on the evidenced based birth website. 🥰

Thank you so much for this Dancee! 😊 I was wondering if I can start with the ball exercise since I am already on my 37th week and bumped into this vid. Will do the stretching instead. New subscriber here! 😊
