My mother always says, whenever any labour is working at your house and same time you are cooking something different and delicious then it is mandatory to share the same with the labour as well. With this practice the food you have eaten gets digested easily 😂 But jokes apart, it also gives you peace. I always wonder when will I get chance to live in mountains.

always add lukewarm water to yeast, you added hot water which is why it didn't bloom. very nice colorful pizza. Also i want to gift you a long pizza peel so you can transfer the pizza onto pan without having to worry about messing it up.

हांची को देख कर मुझे वो दिन याद आ गए जब मैने नया नया पीज़ा बनाना शुरू किया था और एक तरफ मेरा डोगी और दूसरी तरफ मेरा 8 माह का बेटा उछलना शुरू कर देते थे, और शायद इन्हें चीज की खुशबू आती होगी, इनकी उछल कूद में मैं कुछ न कुछ डालना ही भूल जाती थी 😂

It’s easy to deep fry garlic with skin in oil , I do add other herbs as well basil oregano everything. Mostly Italian herbs mix we get. AAP outdoor kitchen bhi banwa hi lo .
