Seems there’s lot of difference between Mahindra’s Delhi dealers and small town dealers, I’m presently using XUV300 and earlier had Quanto, my service experience with both cars is excellent (Shri Durga Moti Nagar, New Delhi) although had some minor issue in my 300 (2020) but Shri Durga service team gave full support and sorted it out. Another thing I want to add is, Quanto was feature wise far ahead to TUV or today’s Neo, Mahindra also started cost cutting may be bcos of Stage 6 sensors their cost is getting higher, so they cutting cost on features.. I personally feel Mahindra should give 6 speed gear box in Neo like it was in Marrazo…. It will become more refine

Mahindra has done a great job with NVH, even being a 3 cylinder diesel motor it makes almost no sound, their 4 cylinder 2.2 Mhawk is just like Maruti's petrol engine 🫡🫡

I can't agree more. Mahindra thinks that key are doing some favour to customers. The showroom guys are very arrogant. I had booked a xuv 300 from one of the mahindra showroom in Delhi, they kept lingering the delivery and when asked for a tentative date, they said that they can't provide any tentative date. They were like take it or leave it, we don't care. Finally cancelled the booking after waiting 4 months for which they deducted 1100. I pledged not to buy any mahindra that day. Bought home a Tata. Found the showroom much professional and co-operative.

The main drawback of Bolero Neo is,it is not available with petrol engine.Petrol engine from XUV 300,or a new 1.5 litre engine needed.

Service experience with Tata and Mahindra is horrible everywhere but you will get similar horrible experience with one Maruti Dealer (OSL Baguiati , Kolkata). In any event, the overall service experience with other Maruti dealers are superb!!

Is bolero neo n4 model, good fit for long distances say 1000km or more??? Or punch or other sub compact suvs are better option in the range of 10 lacs?? My personal preference is either small subcompact like punch which i.can get under 8 lacs, or a sub compact 7 seater like bolero neo.

I am agreed about Tata. Tata has really improved and is way better than mahindra in terms of customer experience. I enquired about xuv300 and got 1 call only from mahindra representative and he was talking like he is doing EHSAAN on me. While I went for nexon and Tata guys just attended so nicely and with quick response to every query and sales experience, that was amazing.

I can absolutely second this. I had booked XUV300 W6 Diesel but the customer reps were just not concerned at all. I had to beg, convince and finally fight for a test drive. Then on the day of booking-the customer care rep came to talk to me and then went to a internal meeting apparently and made us sit for 2 hours and then made the booking. Wanted to get insurance done because I was saving 50%. Had to fight for this as well. Then, I wanted to actually upgrade my booking to a w8 so called them back up and they didn't answer. Found out that they had lost my cheque. And misplaced my file. I absolutely loved that vehicle but cancelled it because I was shit scared. Because if the presales was lioe this I could only think about hiw bad post sales was going to be. So i dropped the idea.
