Negatives this owner mentioned - 1. Bad Head Lights. Will need to spend extra for new better lights 2. Low power in Cng. No solution 3. Gear stick gets Stuck in First gear, he mentioned he complained about it to Tata service people, they Put some grease for now. Still problem Continues. In future if the problem increase or worsen, he said, they said "Dek Lenge". Ravi asked kya karenge, gear box change karenge kya? He said woh pata nai (Ram bharosey) Positives owner mentioned - 1. safety of build 2. He gets to see bonet. That gives him feeling of being in control 3. Due to Cng, he is getting good fuel economy, although power is low in Cng 4. good ground clearance 🚗🚗🚗🚗

as someone who has this car I don't think power is problem unless you are coming down from a mc laren or Lamborghini, you will be satisfied with it's power the power in cng and petrol feels almost same

I guess Tata's customers prefer the Safety and SUV-ish feel of Tata cars and slightly the fact that Tata is a local brand. They generally don't consider Engine refinement and performance, Vibrations and Gearbox experience, fit&finish issues and service experiences as the primary criterion. Of course, the bottomline is customer satisfaction and each customer has its own criteria of satisfaction. Harrier, in contrast, is a well assembled product and probably the best product in the whole Tata lineup. The Omega-ARC platform of Harrier is inspired by Land Rover D8 (Discovery). The 2.0L diesel engine is sourced from Fiat Chrysler. (same as Jeep Compass) The Gearbox is sourced from Hyundai. The interiors are done by Tata. All in all, Harrier can probably be considered as the best in segment. Of course, some batches suffer with fit & finish irregularities and mixed service experience. Jeep Compass has costlier maintenance which makes Tata Harrier as a more practical choice. The Nexon and Punch, desperately need a better petrol engine. But as these two products still make decent sales, Tata product team might never consider to provide a better engine.

I own Altroz XZ CNG 20 days old 500 km ODO , last weekend I went to Rishikesh from Delhi. Gas filled from Delhi 7.5 KG , 248 KM driven (including Delhi traffic and Rishikesh mountains) Driving condition : Maintained speed of 80-90 on highway , AC @ 25 whole trip , total 3 heathy persons in the car. Overall satisfied with car performance considering the fact that car is new and engine will increase its efficiency over time (may be 1st service) positives in car : 1) Handling and control on road. 2) CNG is good you wont feel much difference. 3) Music and heavy build. Negatives in car: 1) catches lot of dust at rear you have to use rear wiper at every 30-60 minutes 2) Gear stuck sometimes.

I bought aura sxcng on 12th of this month, it ran 369kms in 11.9kg. Cylinder filled with 9.3kg when it was empty and refilled with 2.12kg then drove it until got completely empty cylinder. Total 369kms/11.9kg=31km/kg average in both city and highway.. running very smooth with good pickup.

Completed 7K km with i-CNG. I got this car with a heavy discount from Acko Drive. I get 16 to 20 km/kg on average in city driving. On continuous highway drives, definitely 25+ km/kg.

I have bought tata punch IRA DT in March 2023 bs6-2. Never listen to sales people the car is under power when you shift gears ther is a lot of lag in pickup. The biggest cons is the Milage I got just 10.3 milages in city with AC And 12.5 without AC, on I Highway with 80 KMPH I got milage of 17.5 with AC. Now I have driven the car for 15000KM and so far I have got my bearing and lot of parts replaced, today I took my car for washing I saw there is gear box oil leakage. The service centre guys will not cover anything in warrenty they will just add the lot of cost like 550 for inspection 800 labor charge even to apply grease they will charge lot of money.
