To do the major service of tiago or tigor you should do following 1. Engine flush - liqui moly 2. Castrol magnetic 5W30 - 3.5 litre 3. New air filter if required 4. Clean or change spark plug 5. V belt check if required than change 6. Clean thortlle body after removing it. Make sure to disconnect the battery first 7. Map sensor cleaning 8. New oil filter 9. Check for all pipes like radiator, Pcv 10. Radiator flush - liqui moly 11. Make sure to drain the radiator multiple times. Use only battery water(distilled). Put new coolant like hella 12. Caliper pin greasing 13. Disc resurfacing if required 14. Break pad Cleaning or change 15. Drum resurfacing if required 16. Properly clean drum and shoes. 17. Check for battery gravity 18. O2 sensor cleaning if required 19. Clean ac filter 20. Clean internal ac coil. Located near ac filter underneath the dashboard 21. Clean ac condenser and radatior from outside 22. Fuel filter change 23. Full replace break oil 24. Car detail cleaning 25. Fix any body rattling from body shop 26. Compounding and rubbing 27. All suspension check. Note lot of people guess that suspension X thing is not right. I find them 70% wrong 28. Clutch wire greasing if required 29. Clutch plate change if required 30. Wiper blade change if required 31. Tight hand brake if required 32. Tyre rotation, alignment and balancing 33. Check underbody rust. 34. Ac disinfectant 35. Injector cleaning additive 36. Basic car lubricantion 37. Gear oil check 38. Hello Ravi Bhai, It is not the service which is the problem but the tools needed to do self service if vehicle. For example that trolley must be at least 3000-10000 Rs. If you can also provide link for service tos that would be nice. Absolutely super video! Love it and plan to do DIY but tools are a problem Respect from Kerala, Thrissur.

Be very careful when opening the inner seal of oil can. Even if a small piece of the seal enters the engine along with the oil, it can block a oil passage in tge engine and cause major damage. Hence make sure to tear it off carefully.

Don't ever try to do things as this. I have Tigor xz+ petrol and let me share what happened with me. I wanted to change engine oil. First I thought I could do but didn't have tools. So I thought well and decided to get it done by local mechanic. I called him he came, I gave him the oil and the filter and he changed the oil and the filter and took just 150 Rs and went. All went well till here. It's semi DIY you can say. I drove for 1 day and then I saw oil drop was hanging from the sump nut. I thought may be it is excess oil. I Wiped it with tissue . Then next I saw and same thing. It was minute leakage. I could not ignore because it can be worst when engine and hence the oil is hot during long drive. I called the machanic again and he tightened the nut. Next day same problem. So, I just drove my car to showroom. Then they removed nut and took oil in separate can. Then he observed that the nut and the filter is bulged at one spot. When we tried to tighten it the bulge would sit in a plane area and hence the gap and hence the leakage. They put the new nut and said, Whenever customer comes for oil change, they put new nut as a standard protocol. So, my friends first 4-5 years pls take car to showroom. At least TATA is cheap in service. I have got around 5 paid service and spent around 20k altogether. And this is minimum. Else please don't buy car in the first place. 🙏🏼 Stay safe. 👍🏼

I would like to add 2 more things 1st. the engine oil is showing full but its not as the oil filter is new it will soke 150ml of oil so after few kilometers run the engine oil level will go down so have 300 ml aprox engine oil with u in stock so that you can topup later. acually if the capacity is 3.5 leters that means its 4 leters or 4.2 leters. usually if u clean the stunner or replace the oil pump etc u need to disengage the oil sump and if u remove the sump it will consume 4.2l approx engine oil. 2nd. I don't know why they did it but please dont spray any cleaning agent like throttle body intake cleaner or egr cleaner while your car engine is not running. start your car, make sure its on 2500 rpm or whatever yours ideal acceleration lock is then spray the cleaning agent.. if u spray it in engine turnoff state, it will harm the engine.
