Today on Fit Tip Tuesday I'm working with my fitted shirt pattern to create a knee length dress. See how to rotate a bust dart to create a new style. Half of the dart intake is rotated to the shoulder to create the ease I need along the shoulder to create pintucks. The other half is rotated down to the lengthened hem to create an A-Line Shape.
