A la fin, je crois que j'ai compris, la longueur des épaules 42cm, divisé par 2 puisque on plie le tissu en 2 c qui donne 21cm.

creo que se debe hacer este que vemos en el video, y con base a este ya terminado, sacar un molde para una talla mas grande o más pequeña, en comparacion con las medidas que ahora se nos dan , hasta llegar al tamaño que querramos. aunque yo apostaria que el que tenemos en este video, es una talla pequeña

After measuring the open neck line, NOT including button or zipper openings it is standard. So do the stand and collar with YOUR neck opening length and then all the numbers for curves etc are standard. Every top you make will have a different neck circumstance amount, so even the lengths cannot be standard.

Is it supposed to be worn just like that over a sweater to give a formal look instead of wearing double shirt and sweater

The elastic is to help keep the piece in place under the sweater since it is a small piece of clothing.
