what is the use of circular beams in this model, why they are necessary to add, also are these beams required in case when we are just making a cylinder of same diameter as bottom columns, if yes then at what distance they should be placed (top or bottom only or at the middle also)

The use of circular beam to give the Lateral stability to the columns.
