I can't say that I'm pleased with the Tailor Store. I ordered a shirt in November. The shirt finally arrived the first week of February and only after I contacted support to find out what was going on with my order. After receiving the shirt, I tried it on. The neck was to tight and the sleeves to short. I contacted customer service again. Their customer service rep requested photos of me wearing the shirt. After my wife stopped laughing at the poorly fitting shirt, she took the photos which I then sent to the customer service team. That was the last time I would hear from the Tailor Store. I followed up with an email a few days later with no response. Sorry Antonio, but this recommendation was a bad one. The kicker to all of this is the fact that I had lost nearly 25 lbs from the time I ordered the shirt to the time I received it. I expected it to be to big.

Shirt update. I have to say that the customer service team at the Tailor Store is fantastic. They worked with me to get the correct fit for my shirt. I had the replacement in less than 3 weeks and the fit was perfect. I have now changed my opinion and will be ordering another shirt.

I used your code to buy a shirt from them a couple of weeks ago. My measurements were wrong, so it didn't fit. They let me keep it, and are sending me a new one absolutely free with some new measurements. Wonderful customer service. The shirt is great, too.

The video was a bit rushed, chief. You showed a bunch of options - which were all nice - but you didn't really explain how to make a good first shirt and what mistakes to avoid (outside of going to the website and designing a shirt through them). If you would've started off with key take aways/points, and then worked through them as you were showing us the shirts you designed on the website, that would've been more helpful. For instance, a French placket is weaker than a fly front placket, which contributes to a weak collar. Details like that are important for men to know when buying their first shirt.

tried the online custom made shirt route. I was not happy at all. I went back to my made to measure custom made shirts from Brooks Brothers and as usual the shirts were spot on and the fabric: Thomas Mason with real mother of pearl buttons.

I was introduced to Tailor Store a couple months ago by Alpham and I went to buy a shirt. However one thing I learned was that since these shirts are not manufactured in the U.S.A they do not qualify for NAFTA and so I was charged about $25 CAD in tariffs. Just something to keep in mind.

I too saw alpham's shirt vid and designed a shirt from tailor store. I used his discount code and got a great looking, custom tailored shirt for $40 some dollars! I'm also a US citizen living in America and I'll repeat, I got a great looking custom tailored shirt for under $50!!!In another comment, someone asked how to be sure you get a shirt that fits you well. When you go on the site, you set up a profile with your measurements. As you click each button across the bottom of the screen, there is a description of what to measure (and how) to get the info you need to input. After you put in the first few, it already can guess very accurately what the rest of the measurements are likely to be based on your body type. So if you put in something bizarre, it will let you know that number doesn't make sense, try again.I admit, I was a bit nervous that I'd do the measurements wrong. I didn't have a tailor's cloth measuring tape, I used a regular handyman's metal measuring tape and the shirt fit great! I knew that if I messed up the measurements and the shirt didn't fit well, I could return it and they would do it over to make it fit right.Guys, you want to look good, just go for it. Do your best with the measurements and give it a shot. The first time I wore my shirt from tailor store I got multiple compliments on it and several people asked me where I got it and how could they get one! A few of those being women. I'm betting the tailor store got a few more hits on their website the next day. And yes, they make shirts for women too.

I have now ordered 2 shirts from Tailor Store. One of thre gripes that I have is that they only cut a straight pattern sleeve, which means that you can't adjust how the sleeve fits around your biceps and forearm. For me, this led to way too much fabric in those areas. This unfortunately made this company a pass for me.

Sir, you did a good video. Unfortunately it is lacking in some regards. First, it felt rushed. Second, you did not go over in greater detail the actual mistakes men make when they make their own shirt. You touched upon some, but it felt secondary compared to your praise of the sponsor, Tailor Store. Knowing the mistakes and how to avoid them would be better. I hope you make a formal list of them in the future.

+Real Men Real Style Antonio, I'm really embarrassed right now. In my email spam filter, there was a reply from Tailor Store, sent the same day as I sent my email. I made a mistake, and I'm sorry. Their advice for me was a bit odd, but I will try it anyways; they suggested washing it on 60 degrees Celsius to let it shrink, photograph myself with the shirt and send it to them to evaluate.

A follow-up for those interested: after washing it, I sent two pictures to the company with me wearing the shirt (they asked for it). With this and my comments on the fit, they updated the measurement and allowed me to buy a new shirt for free. The shirt I got I could keep or donate to charity. I'm impressed, so I hope my new shirt fits better. +Real Men Real Style

I tried this company... not super impressed with the quality or the customer service. Personally I think indochino or custom tailor do a better job. Just my two cents (from someone not getting kickbacks).

ITAILOR the original tailor made shirts looks better on you. You have a skinny body and that alternated shirt makes you look even skinnier and that is not a good thing because your head will appear bigger than normal. The alternation was great. I guess this type of work will have to be done on an expensive shirt since a regular tailor made shirts is around $35

way to rushed! You could done this video way better! Talk little bit about back details etc.. WHY somethings are great, not just "this is great" "this is amazing", you can click here and you can click there.. This is more like a demonstration video to old people that not have used a computer before.. maybe a little bit more about the fabric, you was touching the subjekt when you told us weight and wether, but little bit mor about fabric, for example, for formal shirt/dress shirt, the fabric specification should be at this range, colar etc.. have watch a lot of your videos, I know you can do way better than this! On my way to start tailorstoreing, so would love to see a updated video on the subject! :) Thanks!
