Always Try Different things and you'll find a Perfect one for yourself. I am not sure this is the right answer of your question but I am sure this will help you a lot.

@@ZedDesigns1 I use adobe color, and coolers mostly. But sometimes choosing colors for typography are really hectic for me.

how do you get the colors on the left side, i just got adobe and im learning

I just created all those color swatches to show what colors I am using in this video and you can see the color codes in front of those color swatches you can use those color code to get the same colors.

i cant figure out how to make the text larger how do you do that

You'll learn every thing please re watch if you didn't understand it. You Can make text large either using Transform Tool or Select the Text and you'll see a Text Size in Points, simply increase the point size as much you want. And you'll see you'll text size will increase.
