Welcome back! Another brand identity design that is already looking like a banger. Today I designed a brand identity for a fictional boutique hotel in Mexico City. In part one I start by using chat gpt to get a mock brief, and I move into deep research on Mexico City and what it has to offer. I also scope out competition to get a better feel of what travelers like. I then made the moldboard and picked out some name but this where I need your help. Love the editing per usual ! I’m torn on the names! When you posed the question of which one we prefer I automatically thought azul maya but after looking up what 1 & 3 means I think casa celo (or a variation of it) is most suitable. Mainly bc I’m thinking of how the man in the moodboard looks like a Celo lol and I think this would give more opportunity for a meaningful backstory. Like imagine Mr Celo went to Mexico City to visit his long lost family while there he naturally fell into business where he met his wife, he was a sailor too?! Yeahhh I’m invested lol but it would be fun to see how this could connect more to the hotel! Looking forward to the next these are always fun to watch 👏🏽💐🤍🤍

There are airbnbs that are luxury & have house keeping available but got to be careful when booking (read the reviews) because some are sketchy. But I don't blame you though. Hotels are safer.
