Paris Hilton for men was my first fragrance I bought as a teenager and it got me soooooo many compliments. Women and men love it, I never bought it for compliments I just liked it and it was cheap that’s what got me into fragrances.

A cheaper alternative I really enjoy is that Cremo Spice & Black Vanilla. I feel its very similar to SpiceBomb Extreme. And it's only $20 compared to $130. Its definitely worth checking out.

I love some of the "L'Erbolario" creations: Accordo di Ebano is the last one and is a nice reinterpretation of Dior Sauvage Uomo smells just like Acqua di Giò Meharées it's a masterpiece that smells like "Musc Ravageus" by Frederic Malle Ginepro Nero is a warmer and richer take on Terrre d'Hermes

First minute in. Straight to the point. Recommends Jimmy Choo Man Ice. You get a sub because I know i can trust you now. This is one of the scents i dont hear about ever, yet, it is so damn good and so damn cheap. Get korres tobbaco safron you will not regretted it is niche quality. The only problem is 1.7 oz but sometimes you can find it cheap . Smell amazing

Hey Unc, I seem to have a problem no matter what the strength of the cologne except for club de Nuit intense man 😂 That's a Beast , and to be fair several others, but for the most part it just doesn't last on my skin ,clothes ,etc. Do you know of any other ways to make a cologne last? Mercedes-Benz Cologne is also a great sub for Dior Homme if you can find it. Luna Rossa Carbon is a great sub for Dior Sauvage at about half the price.

Hi Christian, acknowledging the difference in olfactory perception I would appreciate your opinion. (certainly not in your league) I have a preference toward the sweet perfumes like Joop!, Obsession (Calvin Klein's), TIFFANY FOR men and A*Men (from France). In your opinion which of the Perfumes (of lower price) you have shown would be of my liking. I am the type that go for what I feel better and enjoy. your advice would be appreciated.

Tons of great alternatives here! My alternative for Acqua di Gio is Perry Ellis 360 Red.. more synthetic-smelling but performs well. My alternative for Dior Sauvage is Armaf Ventana.. a bit harsh in the opening but the drydown is great and performs very well. As for Aventus, I do think Afnan Supremacy Silver is so close, almost exact.. but Christian I have had trouble with its performance. For me it does not perform as well as two others I have - Club De Nuit Intense Man and Le Aventure. I wish the Afnan performed better.. I find I have to reapply a couple times throughout the day.

I don't know Aventus and Afnan. but I do know, that the first time that I received feedback from a stranger was when wearing CDNIM. and not only that. most of the people that I do know say it's the best scent they have smelled on me - which is still shocking me. I don't even like it so much, it's just ok in my nose and one of the cheapest that I own. but it definitely kicks the asses of all the Tom Fords and PDMs that I own, in terms of receiving positive feedback. that frag is a phenomenon.

Christian, your "similar scent cheaper" is one of the reasons I subscribed to you a few months back. No one else is doing that. You should find a way to trademark it. Other channels do discuss clones, but in nearly every video you upload, several "similar scent cheaper" alternatives are offered. If it's not a clone, but actually just a similar scent, sometimes I own both and did not realize they were similar until you told me. It's always fun owning both, saying to myself: does it smell like the other?" and applying one to each wrist and discovering they do indeed smell alike. My choice for "similar scent cheaper" is Tom Ford Noir as the somewhat more expensive selection, with Prada Amber Pour Homme Intense as the slightly cheaper smell-alike. Definitely not clones of each other, but they fall under your "going in the same direction" heading. If you enjoy one you'll enjoy the other. How about a similar scent costlier choice ? My pick is Creed Aventus as the cheaper alternative and Nishane Hacivat as the costlier fragrance. Suggested retail are close to each other, $380 for the 100 ml Hacivat, with the 50 ml bottle retailing at $240. I think suggested retail is just over $400 for 100 ml Aventus. But Hacivat actually sells for more than Aventus if one is buying from discounters. I paid under $200 for my most recent 120 ml tester bottle of Aventus about a year ago. I don't even think you can get the 50 ml of Hacivat for that price. So I consider it the higher priced of the two. Worth it? It's a better scent in my opinion. It's a smoother, classier, more luxurious interpretation of Aventus. That's my "similar scent costlier" perspective. You can trademark that one too, if you like.

I'm new to the "designer fragrance" world. Thankfully I just stumbled across this video. High end fragrances can get ridiculous with the pricing. I probably wouldn't drop $300 or $400 on a fragrance even if I could afford it. I'd much rather try alternatives. New sub... 👍👍👍

Scirocco by Solstice Scents. Smells like original M7 Teddy Velvet by Mac. Sort of like Tibacco Vanille but higher on the honey and musk Princess Marina de Bourbon Monsieur Le Prince Intense. I use perry ellis 360 red when I don't want to use my aqua di geo..perry ellis smells so close just a bit Spicer and it last longer..i also use supremacy silver cause I can't afford creed aventus...i use to own creed aventus but when I ran out I didn't have the pockets to get another bottle .but either way supremacy silver is so close to aventus and its affordable

I recently found possibly the best Dior Sauvage clone. Bath and Body Works Midnight. It just came out. It smells nearly identical. I sprayed both, one on each arm, and the dry down was nearly identical. Midnight lasted longer as well. You should give it a try.

My favorite would be Alexandria Wasted Moment! Smells 99% to Apple Brandy by Kilian which is about 250$ if you can find it since it’s discontinued and Alexandria is only about 42$

john mccaffrey Well it depends on which flanker it is for Gentleman. For instance, the first Givenchy Gentleman smells somewhat similar to Hugo Boss Red. And I believe it’s because of the fruity grapefruit note. It’s heavily underrated in my opinion. Now on to the Givenchy Gentleman EDP flanker. The Gentleman EDP smells similar to Valentino Uomo Intense. It basically smells like Heaven in a bottle. I would definitely recommend and performance can be average. Reapply if you must. So basically you could buy the Givenchy Gentleman and Givenchy Gentleman EDP. In my opinion, Givenchy Gentleman would be best for the Spring and Summer. While Givenchy Gentleman EDP would be best for Fall and Winter. Cheers! Now go somewhere and be a Gentleman! 🍾🥂

My favorite "smell alike" fragrance is Fructis Virginis by Alexandria Fragrances. It's a clone of Tom Ford Lost Cherry, but it lasts about 14 hours on your skin instead of 5 hours for a sixth of the price!
