Love your videos! Of course I have a suggestion. When deciding on your new plantings, research and buy (from small local growers) native plants for your area. These native plants not only are adapted to the local conditions, but they are what the local bugs and bees need. They don’t need a plant grown a thousand miles away, and the insects can be harmed by the pesticides routinely sprayed on the plants sold at the big box stores. Wherever you live there should be a native plant society that can guide you.

I'm impressed with your work. Reminds me of my front yard project. Unfortunately, I had to request the city to come and draw out cable, gas and electrical lines because I needed to build a drainage system from my backyard to the front which original builders did not do. Yes ... It's a lot of work but if it gets too much ... Like laying concrete on the side of the house and a drainage system, there is nothing wrong with hiring some help for those complicated tasks. Good Job. Look forward to seeing the rest of the project.
