7th gen just normal ipad! the beta mockup feature is on the updated Adobe Illustrator! under object

Hi im from Sydney too and i want to start my own brand. However i dont have any educational background in design but i self learnt AI and logo designs for now and am trying to do it as a side gig (if i have enough clients i would love to do it full time) My question is: do i need educational background in design, if there are is there any you recommend for me invest in? (I work full time as office worker) Second is how do you get clients, i run an instagram account as a portfolio but im finding it hard to find clients. Any advice?

you can definitely be a designer without a formal education, but it’s all about taking the initiative to learn on your own! Getting clients can be challenging, but it’s all about getting your work out there and staying consistent in your design work. The clients will come. It’s a challenge and you just have to commit!
